You will develop a skill set founded on strategic management theory that will allow you to become an active participant in the strategy process that organisations deploy to ensure their long-term success. You will examine how globalisation affects business strategies and operations and analyse the impact of different environments on the international trade and explore foundational and contemporary theories of trade.
