Our fully funded eight-week programme is designed for ambitious business owners in South West London who are ready to unlock the next stage of growth. You’ll gain practical tools, expert guidance from Roehampton Business School faculty, and a community of peers who understand your challenges. 

This programme is fully funded for eligible businesses. There is no charge to attend.

Week 1 (on-campus)

Induction and diagnostics

Map your current position across strategy, operations, finances and growth ambitions. Identify your top growth barriers through a structured business diagnostic.

Week 2 (online)

Strategy and innovation 

Assess your business model and value proposition, explore how innovation and digital adoption can drive growth, and identify your priority development areas.

Week 3 (online)

Financial management

Understand cash flow, pricing for growth and how to access the right finance for your stage of business.

Week 4 (online)

Marketing and digital

Develop a practical marketing strategy and strengthen your digital presence to reach new customers.

Week 5 (online)

Leadership and people

Build your team, delegate effectively and manage the demands of growth without burning out.

Week 6 (on-campus)

Peer challenge

Hear from successful entrepreneurs, then present your emerging ideas to the cohort for structured feedback.

Week 7 (online)

AI for SME growth

Work with the Roehampton AI lab to understand how to apply AI to build growth. Practical, accessible tools to automate routine tasks, improve customer insights and reduce costs.

Week 8 (on-campus)

Growth plan presentation

Present your tailored growth action plan to a panel of faculty, mentors and peers. A practical roadmap you will implement immediately.

Who is this for?

Is this programme right for you?

This programme is for owners and senior managers of small businesses based in London. Your business should employ between 5 and 50 people and have been trading for at least 12 months. We welcome businesses from all sectors and at any stage of growth - whether you’re looking to take on your first employee, enter a new market, or strengthen your operations for the next phase of expansion.

Completing the programme is the start, not the end

You’ll be invited to quarterly alumni sessions where you can report progress on your growth plan, hear from new guest speakers and continue building your peer network. You’ll also have ongoing access to Roehampton’s business support services, including student project teams, research expertise and mentoring.
