Only one incentive may be claimed per student.

The scheme will operate on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to the allocation limits outlined below.

How incentives are awarded

There is no need to apply for any of the rewards. There are a limited number of rewards available. Rewards will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis, based on the date and time offers were accepted, until all rewards have been awarded. All decisions are final. Allocation of the reward is dependent on the Clearing offer being accepted within 48 hours, applying for accommodation by the guarantee deadline and confirming your accommodation (if applicable), and enrolment being fully completed by 2 October 2026.

We will notify successful students of the provisional nomination during Clearing 2026. The reward will only be confirmed once the student has firmly accepted their place within 48 hours of the offer being made and fully enrolled by 2 October 2026. All communication will be sent by email.

Payment details

Vouchers and discount codes will be sent to students by the end of November 2026, for fully enrolled students who have met all the eligibility criteria.

The accommodation discount applies to all rooms on campus, excluding Bede and Newman. The total discount of £500 will be applied as two £250 deductions to your second and third instalments.

Awarded students will receive an email from clearingreward@roehampton.ac.uk, providing guidance to receive payment of their vouchers or discount codes. Emails will be sent to University of Roehampton student accounts only.

Students awarded the £500 Tech Voucher will be emailed a unique claim code along with a link to an online catalogue with the option to choose from one of several tech bundles worth £500 each, selected items will be posted to you.

Failure to claim the reward within 2 months of the notification email may result in award cancellation.

The reward will not be made if you have overdue debt to the University of Roehampton – this includes not having Student Finance in place.

General terms and conditions

The reward will be allocated in academic year 2026/27. It will not be renewed or extended beyond this term to cover repeat modules or years.

Any reward is subject to successful enrolment on a course at the University of Roehampton in 2026/27 and commitment to the full academic calendar.

If an awardee decides to change programmes, the student will be entitled to keep the reward provided that the new course and mode of study still meet the eligibility criteria. All changes must be approved by the Director of Student Recruitment.

If an awardee decides to withdraw, the reward will terminate at the date of withdrawal. Any payments made will not need to be returned.

The reward cannot be exchanged for an alternative reward.

If the student's status changes during their study due to information not being provided at the point of application, and the student becomes ineligible, the University of Roehampton reserves the right to revoke the reward and reclaim any payments made.

If a student breaks the University of Roehampton regulations and is withdrawn from study, the reward will be immediately revoked and will not be re-awarded if the student returns at a later date.

University of Roehampton reserves the right to verify applications and request additional evidence.

If you are in receipt of welfare benefits, scholarships and bursaries may affect your entitlement as they can be treated as income. Starting a course is a change of circumstance and you should inform all relevant benefit offices when you enrol.

We reserve the right to modify or substitute any component of the reward if necessary. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide advance notice and suitable alternative of equivalent value where appropriate
