Fees and financial support – international students

Before you travel to the UK to begin your studies at Roehampton, you must make sure that you have sufficient funds to cover your academic fees and living costs.

It is nearly impossible to arrange financial support once you have left your own country.

International tuition fees

You will find the tuition fee for your course, listed on the relevant undergraduate or postgraduate course pages. We will also confirm the tuition fee in any offer letter that we send you.

Tuition fees contribute towards providing the learning resources, staff contact time and support services we provide.

If you are on a multi-year course, e.g. an undergraduate degree, then you should budget for a likely increase of between three and five percent for each year of study with us on the same degree. Any changes for the following academic year will be confirmed by 1 January each year.

Deposit payments - what and how to pay

If you are an international applicant (excluding United States, Norway or EU) for any of our undergraduate and taught postgraduate programmes, you may be required to pay an initial refundable deposit before you make your full deposit payment.

Paying the initial refundable deposit will ensure confirmation of your programme (subject to satisfying any conditions attached to your offer) and allow you to attend a pre-CAS interview. Your deposit will be deducted from your tuition fees when you enrol.

The amount you pay will be indicated on your offer letter and may vary depending on what country/region you are applying from.

Only payments by Easytransfer, Flywire and Convera are accepted for the initial deposit payment (if relevant). Only initial deposits paid by this method will be refunded. If you make a payment by another method, including bank transfers, they will not be refunded.

For full deposit payments and full tuition payments, all standard payment methods are accepted, including direct bank transfers.
