Congratulations on securing your place at Roehampton. We're so excited to have you with us.
Before you begin your lectures and seminars, we invite you to join us for your induction and to complete in-person enrolment.
Induction is the essential way to kick start your studies, you'll meet the staff that will shape your experience, find out about the clubs and societies you can join, the support available to help you when you might need it, and most importantly meet the new friends you'll make along the way.
Key dates
You will receive an email from enrolment@roehampton.ac.uk to the email account you applied with. It will contain a username, password and link to complete your online enrolment.
You must complete every step.
You must attend campus to complete in-person enrolment. This includes identification and qualification checks, collecting your BRP card (if applicable) and collecting your student ID card.
You'll also meet your new course mates, people from your college and find out about the support available to you. Attendance is compulsory. You can view the specific details of your induction sessions here.
Teaching will start from Monday 11 November. You must attend all lectures, seminars and other teaching activity. You will be shown your course timetable during your induction week.
In-person enrolment and induction
In-person enrolment and induction takes place on from Thursday 7 November onwards. It is compulsory to attend. To see when you need to be on campus to enrol select your course here.
Ambassadors will guide you once you arrive on-campus.
You should bring:
- Identification, such as passport, driving license and birth certificate.
- Original copies of all your qualifications.
- Immigration documents (including BRP if you have collected it from somewhere other than the University).
You'll complete your enrolment, meet your lecturers, have lunch with your course mates and learn about your modules and timetable.
What do I need to do before I arrive?
1. Complete online enrolment
- Look out for an email from our Registry team with enrolment instructions via the Nest portal and complete each step.

2. Save the date for in-person enrolment and induction
- You can check what day your enrolment and induction is on here.
- It is compulsory to attend.
- Search for University of Roehampton, Roehampton Lane, London, SW15 5SL. Ambassadors will be on-campus to meet you when you arrive.
- Plan your journey in advance and leave plenty of time.
3. Check your programme timetable
- You may not be able to access your timetable until you complete enrolment.
- View your timetable here.
- Access Moodle, the virtual learning environment, where lecturers will share learning materials. Your academic staff will guide you during induction. Visit Moodle here.
4. Complete our pre-arrival modules
- Preparing to Study at Roehampton. Here you'll learn what it’s like to study at Roehampton where you’ll have access to our 24/7 academic support. You'll discover your learning style and what your lectures and seminars will be like.
- Life at Roehampton. Find out about the clubs and societies on offer and student life at Roehampton.
- Support and guidance. Find out about the wellbeing, mental health and support teams who can support you throughout your studies.
- Fire, Health and Safety E-learning. Complete your mandatory training to ensure a secure environment for all.
