November Induction: Enrolment

To become a registered student you must complete your online enrolment and attend an on campus in-person identification check and collect your student ID card.

Once your place has been confirmed and your application transferred to enrolment by the admissions team, you will receive an email from our Registry Enrolment Team, enrolment@roehampton.ac.uk containing your Roehampton username, password, and Roehampton email address and link to Nest to complete your online enrolment.

Please save this email address as a preferred contact to prevent it from going into your junk folder. You will need to have your Roehampton username, password and Roehampton email ready before starting your enrolment.

Step 1: Online

You must complete your online enrolment on Nest

You must complete all steps of your online enrolment. Each completed section will change from a red cross to a green tick. Any section with a red cross indicates you still need to finish the step to complete enrolment.

Step 2: On-campus

The final stage of completing enrolment is to undertake an in-person identification check and collect your student ID card. This will take place in the University Library. You should have completed all steps of your online enrolment before arriving for your in-person on campus identification check and student ID card collection.

You will see a slot in your induction timetable called 'Enrolment and Student ID card collection', this is where you will complete your enrolment.

  • Home students (without CAS) must bring:
    • One valid form of identification such as a valid passport, photocard driving licence, resident permit issued by the Home Office or national identity photocard.
    • Original copies of your qualifications.
    • Copies of your offer letter and your student ID number.
    • Information about how you will pay your fees, including student finance England application information or the ability to complete any self-funding details required.
  • International and EU students with a CAS (Visa/BRP) must bring:
    • Your passport.
    • Visa and all documentation supporting your CAS.

    • Original copies of your qualifications.
    • Copies of your offer letter and your student ID number.
    • Information about how you will pay your fees, including the ability to complete any self-funding details required.

It is essential that you undertake your in-person on campus identification check as you will not be able to fully access university systems until you have completed full enrolment or receive any financial support or student loans (where applicable) until you have completed full enrolment.
