We’re so excited to have you with us. This guide will help you to get started with joining the University and beginning your studies. We've narrowed it down into seven simple steps and key dates that you need to know. Ready, set, go!
Key Dates for January & February Starters
- 23 January: Academic term begins for January starters.
- 13 Febuary: Adult Nursing induction begins. Wait for your enrolment information via email.
- 14 - 17 February: Adult Nursing Course Induction
- 20 February: Academic term begins for Adult Nursing (February starters)

What do I need to do before I arrive?

Complete your online enrolment
Most new students will enrol online. You'll receive an email from our Registry team with simple instructions on how to do this. International students must book an enrolment appointment. You can book your appointment online.Find out more about enrolment and find your financial enrolment checklist. If you're stuck don't worry - we also have an on-campus enrolment centre where you can get help.

Find your Induction timetables
Induction for Adult Nursing students starts on 13 February 2023.You can check your Induction timetables online. You'll find essential sessions to welcome you to your course so please try to attend these. They will also include a time and date for you to collect your student ID card.

Accessing teaching timetables
If you have completed online enrolment and chosen your modules, you may be able to access your teaching timetable before you arrive. However, if your timetable is not available, you may need to wait until closer to Induction.Teaching timetable - log into Nest using your University login details - emailed to you for your online enrolment.
Learning materials - log into Moodle using the same details.

It's completely normal for the start of term to feel a bit overwhelming. As a Roehampton student, you'll always have access to free and confidential student support. If you have any concerns before you arrive please reach out to us.

You did it! Time to arrive on campus
It's time to join our friendly campus community. Make sure you've completed all your enrolment steps including picking up your ID card from the library!
If you're living off campus why not join a new club through the Students' Union. Or find out which College you're in and get involved!
