Induction is designed to provide you with the essential information you need to get started on your course and find your way around Roehampton - we strongly advise you to attend!
Freshers' is put on by Roehampton's Students' Union and includes food festivals, silent discos, outdoor cinemas, and collaborations with some of the best venues across London.
The annual Freshers' Fair is a great place to pick up tons of freebies, sign up to societies and much much more.

We have plenty of social spots on campus where you can meet with friends or grab a bite to eat. There's also plenty of societies for you to be part of.
Connect with other students on your course or meet others you may be living with in halls.
We’ll support you throughout your time, and if you need help before starting do reach out.

Student finance
If you already applied for student finance but your course, university or college has changed due to applying through Clearing you need to let Student Finance England know.
If you have a place at university through Clearing but have not applied for Student Finance yet, you need to complete an application as soon as possible.
Apply by creating an online account through the Student Finance England website. Student Finance England will do their best to ensure you get some of your student finance as close as possible to your start date in Autumn 2025.
