During a foundation year, you'll gain the academic and practical experience you need to help you get the most out of your chosen degree. The subject-specific modules will give you a strong introduction of what you’ll learn. If you're international student, you'll develop your English language and academic skills too.
International Foundation Pathway
We offer International Foundation Pathways on a number of our undergraduate degrees. Once you've completed the necessary modules, you'll be able to move into your first year of your chosen undergraduate degree.
International Foundation Pathway: Certificate of Higher Education
You also have the choice to apply for an International Foundation Pathway: Certificate of Higher Education. Once you've successfully completed your Cert:HE, you can apply to study your chosen undergraduate degree here at Roehampton.

Our Business International Year One course is the equivalent of the first year of an undergraduate degree. Throughout the course, you will get extra research and academic support and improve your English language abilities.
Whether you want to study for professional or personal development, we have a diverse range of postgraduate taught and research programmes for you to choose from.
We also offer Extended Masters options on a number of our postgraduate programmes, so you can develop your English language and research skills, giving you the confidence to succeed in your postgraduate studies.
